February 27 2010: Gilad....You are my NEW BEST FRIEND! I can't thank you enough for what you've done for me. I will be 41 this year and have never been in this good of shape...EVER! Since I have found you, I have shed approx. 30-40 lbs. I am addicted to your workouts! I love your body sculpting workouts. I have to do this at least twice/day.
